We are Nitto Kousakusho Co., Ltd., engaged in precision machining in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. 012 [Our Technical Capabilities] 2024/09/10 ~ Development Case of Public Bath Equipment with One-Stop Support ~ The client was a construction company for public baths, and they had a specific request to "rotate the bubble jet nozzle to enhance the massage effect." However, the client lacked the know-how for equipment development, so our company took the lead in advancing the project. The project progressed through repeated meetings with the client, and we devised and designed a bubble jet nozzle rotation mechanism that does not use electrical components for safety reasons. Utilizing our expertise in jig making and our track record in machining, we designed and manufactured a unique mechanism. The prototype was successful, and we completed the production and delivery of the mass-produced items without any issues. Our technical capabilities were recognized in this project, leading to the acceptance of new projects.
